2009 - WeShare

WeShare is a conceptual design for resource sharing in Inner-City High Schools. During a semester of Human Centered Design work, my design team and I developed a conceptual design for how teacher might share resource withing the school. Through our needfinding we found that many teachers felt as if their schools had little resources for them, however we learned that many teachers had their own resources that they brought in, such as a projector or craft supplies. We also learned that many of the teacher chatted with each other through GChat on their district provided laptops. Putting these concepts together, we co-developed a solution with teachers on how to efictivley share the resources within a school and help teacher realize that collectivley they have more than they think.
