This project has been my most recent and also most extravagant. I took some time off too focus on myself but I'm glad with the changes I've gone through to reach new heights. My lineart is very thoughtout. It is the most important step in the creative process. Finding the correct balance between space and shape. That's my journey as an artist to keep on broadening my perspective on what aesthetics actually means to me. For my subject I chose a moth to keep in theme with my previous subjects, birds, with a slight twist though. At first I was inspired by the face of a moth and the general shape felt nice to play around with.
