The concept was based on projecting the northern sky map on the land of the project, creating the main mass out of the Dragon Constellation which contains the first known northern star thousands of years ago. While the mass emerges from ground to sky it symbolizes the connection between Earth and Space.
The target of the project was to create a space center to educate people of all ages about our universe, and space sciences and discoveries. The project contains research center, library, exhibitions, lecture halls, planetarium, a mini observatory and Planets Sphere ( where you can walk on a ramp through planets). The Project was graded 91 out of 100.
