Digital Strategy
I had the incredible opportunity to work on the transformation to digital at both NUS Business School and Amnesty International in East Asia.

Amnesty international (Chinese)
Heading its East Asia content team, I drove Amnesty International's Chinese-language communications strategy including the development in 2015 of its global Chinese-language website and content strategy, and the setting up of social channels and engagement strategy. Driven by a regular publishing schedule of original content, the Chinese-language Facebook page and Twitter channel grew to 15,500 fans and 30,000 followers respectively within some 2.5 years.
NUS Business School
At NUS Business School, I helped set up its social media presence across Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn and developed engagement strategies to speak to diverse audiences and that integrated with the School's brand content drive. This included the setting up of a community blog Outside-In to increase the school's engagement with undergraduate and graduate students
