This project was inspired by the famous Charles and Ray Eames plywood elephant chair. The idea was to make a toy-like model to exemplify the abstraction the Eames had. I designed The Great Blue Heron from paper to plastic using the same technics as Charles and Ray by bending the plastic and using only two pieces of plastic for the whole model.
