Character Building | Doug
Located on the site adjacent to the Amtrak Station, City Hall, and Providence Place Mall,
the herd of Dougs attempt to vitalize the unused expansive green space. Dougs will attract attention and usage through offering seating, playground for dogs, and easy doggy-doo facilities.
The herd of Dougs compose of four members, individually distinct in function. The Doug Headquarters is the chief member and possesses the most essential duty out of all:
Along the backs of the Doug Seaters are red yarn cushions to offer platforms for people. Dog owners have the opportunity to climb on, relax, and observe their pets roam in the central space, pre-occupied by poles and looped pipes. The pets will be kept busy for quite a while.. trying to sniff and mark their identity on every single one of them.
