This project attempts to take a well-known Greek myth and transform it into a vector-based modern comic. I kept the amphora-type texture, patterns, and color scheme to ground the viewer in the ancient Greek atmosphere. I also repeated several Greek motifs such as the ionic column, the war helm, and the iconic attire of ancient Greece. My goal was to create a fresh way to look at an old tale and I believe I succeeded.
