Ancient Rome Motion Graphic
As part of the Graphic Communication course at The University of Reading, a professional practice module is included to help the students get 'real job' experience, pitching, making and keeping deadlines with real clients.
Myself and two others collaborated with FutureLearn to create a educational motion graphic that covered the rise and fall of the Roman empire. The style of illustration and animation had already been established so it was key to remain within the existing brand but also to bring a new flavour to FutureLearn and its following.
The animation was overall very well received by the audience.
