Using insipration from the Holi festival I experimented with colourful powder paint and flash photography at night.

From my photography I produced large scale portraits using chalk on a background of transfered old photographs. Using UV paint I highlighted bright colour sections to give the drawings a second life when they were put in the dark with an ultraviolet light.
