BOSTON TOWNHOUSE
This, my first residential project, is a casually luxurious design inspired by my fictitious client, Sarah Jessica Parker. It captures her exuberant sense of style and incorporates her favorite color, peacock blue. I developed a space plan that caters to my client's lifestyle. The client and her partner are accomplished actors who live a private life that includes raising their three children.
The concept board shows Parker's stylishness and appreciation of casual luxury. Space planning was accomplished with a bubble diagram and adjacency matrix. Luxurious materials are a key element of the design including hand-painted wallpaper, mother-of-pearl tile, and crushed velvet.
