T-shirt illustration design
During their sponsor/collaboration between Central Studio´s Spring Fling event and The Library Project. American Apparel donated 200 tees for their three day event. Since the space concept design was decorated with 'monsters' I decided to include them in the t-shirts as well.
The first concept of the illustration was 'coming back'. When you arrive at a place and it says "I AM BACK" it means that you just arrived and you will actually arrive always at a place and people will read your shirt and visually connected with your action and the second concept is related to spring which `was back´ and the event is call Spring Fling. Spring coming back! The type of each word has a monster on it and all its done
with pen.
All the money from the sales was donated for a great cause: to build a library for kids in central China. We also donated books for kids and created a better place for them to read and learn.
