For Print magazine’s annual student cover competition, I was presented with the theme of “sustainability.” I illustrated this through the whimsical creation of a three-dimensional city made strictly from food packaging taken from my recycling box. The message conveyed through this was “build the new from the old.” I also photographed the city for use in the cover design.
