The Stonecutter - Retold and Illustrated by Will Harney
This is a hardcover Illustrated, printed, and published common domain Taoism-based folktale called The Stonecutter, available in fifteen local bookstores and galleries across New England including Curious George, The Harvard Bookstore, White Birch Books, and others. I give a lot of credit to my illustration teachers and Ed Emberly for great inspiration and support. I can't really say where the story originally came from as the original author is unknown, but it is most likely a very old story from China.
