Root fracture with palatal bony dehiscence.

Palatal probing 7mm.

Initial preparation with narrow osteotome.

Stepped osteotome preparation for nasal floor lifting.

Heraeus denture tooth used for screw retained immediate provisional. Micro-brush used as delivery wand bonded to buccal. 

Removal of both titanium temporary abutment and temporary after tack-curing.

Final result. Anatomy added to incisal. Provisional adjusted out of centric, protrusive and lateral excursive contact.

Implant placed at the level of the palatal bone.
