Study number four complete and I am feeling more confident with painting now. When comparing the last few studies I can also see an improvement in my skills, which is exactly what I wanted. I am also finding I am happy to work on a image for as long as it needs, rather than trying to rush them out. Its those final tweaks to the lighting and skin tones that really enhance the overall look.

When I look back to how I was painting a year ago and how much I have improved, it pushes me to continue.
