With a CEO that has a passion for his employees, I was asked to come up with an improved picture wall that had impact and room to expand.

Our CEO had three requirements in addition to the picture and the name of the employee.  They were a flag of their country, their department and their month and date of hire.  I fulfilled these requirements with a standard plaque layout.  

To solve the expansion challenge, I utilize a sliding solution.  I made the background of the the rows the same colors as the background of the plaques so they  could be spaced out or brought closer together as employees were added.  New rows could also be added if needed.  The final ended up as three walls of a maximum of 100 employees for a total of 300.  In addition, 5 year increment plaques were added to display years of service.
