Brief Touching the intangible, in other words, to touch customers’ emotions through design. The book is divided in three different phases: research, concept and execution.Three brands will be taken as example, and through a study about their entity, the advertisement will transmit a message using three different ways of expression: a visual poster, an emotional video and a web experience.
