This is an artist book project that used letterpress technique to finish the final products. The theme in this project is to create an instruction manual within five steps.

I used a folktale in Japan as the topic for my book: If the person that you have a crush eats a chocolate which has your blood in it, both of you will be fall in love together. I write the steps of making the chocolate in the perspective of the person who decides to make the chocolate and give it to her/his love interest. The red I used for the cover and the content of the book is to emphasize the aggressiveness and the dedication of the person who wants to make the chocolate.
