The scenographic project to the play "Stabat Matter" has resulted in a symbolism applied to the form of a hanger. After a profound analysis of the text, we have unraveled one of the existing metaphor- the connection between the characters life and the way that they expose their selves. In this way, the hanger structure represents the psychological side of the character: fragility, imbalance, dependency, and solitude.
