POCCO is a local tapas bar that has a rich ethos which revolves around sustainability.  It was only after visiting Poco for the first time that we discovered this was a location where employees truly practiced these beliefs in their own lives outside of work too. It was clear to see that the employees were happy to work there, and after discussion we came to realise that moral value of working there over financial value. It was at this point that we discovered the relationship between work and passion and created this clipboard publication and posters on just that.
