The reason why i choose the location 106. Because the position is far away than the street. It's quiet than other place.

The ideas about the building structure
1)The whole house going to sue the off- grid design. This is best the way to fix the electric power problem. Because the house not going to use hydropower ( hydroelectric power). The cost is going to be low.
2)What about the water? I am going to design 2 tanks that near the house that can be used for cooking, cleaning, bathing. When is raining the roof of the rain can be manually set to flow to the tank.
3)Such us refrigerators, microwave and dishwashers it are only need electricity from a 1 KW light spot system, If a few more days are raining. The back up electric power can support 4 days.
4) Cooking can use the gas cans. The gas cans can provide energy for three stoves and water heaters.
Above things just cost about 40000 dollar.

Brainstorm
Because of the budget just 75000 dollars, so I can't design a house is two fancy. The fancy shape is going to cost a lot. I decide to do a normal one.
Produce a simple floor plan technical drawing to scale (1:50) on A 3 graph paper of structure.
I was using the same shape with CAD room area. I created 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, and it must be using the wall to separate. Because the house is small so I don't think separate the living room and kitchen is good idea.

Because I need design a house can live 4 people( 2 adults and 2 children). I am planning to design three bedrooms. The big yellow bed is preparing for adults. I assume the two adults is couple, the yellow cuboid represent the bad. The adult bedroom is double people bad.so i design a big bedroom for them and the children have separate bedrooms. The bathroom is in the grey area. Consider to the room size and budget only one toilet can be build.

I was designing the door on left hand side, but the door is connecting the child bedroom, so I move the door to the right hand side.

Windows
Windows and doors can let in substantial amounts of heat. So even if you’ve installed insulation. As a general speaking, the total window area a room should be less than 25 per cent of the total floor area.( Most windows should be located on a home’s north side where good solar access is easiest to manage.)
