The Enchanted Chamber is a cosmetic service cafe. It is the experience of of retail store as well as a personalized service experience that mimics that of a restaurant. Costumers can enjoy experimental makeup sessions with friends while being assisted by staff. During the experience, the staff will help customers to learn more about the product and the brands behind them.
How it works:
Customers will first browse makeup looks in the waiting area. After they are seated, the staff will assist the customers in choosing the cosmetics used in the image or find duplicates to guide them to stay in budget.
Wash stations are also available at each ends of the store to ensure cleanliness.
Areas of expansion:
Potential expansion could include carts supplied with cosmetics that go around the store, or sections with specific types of make up around the store. The store could also include special bookings for parties and photo booth areas for finished looks.
