John came to us with the idea of starting his own business consulting in the field of Electro Optics (he’s a pretty smart guy), but he needed a logo to kick things off to use in his presentations. As we dove into this, we went back and forth on a couple ideas trying to balance between something that had some technical bearing, but also didn’t look like a general laser eye warning label. John was also pretty clear about it wanting to contain the symbol for a photon, which is at the heart of his expertise. We ended up with the logo above, tying it into his tagline “Radiation Photonic Solutions”, proving both a square and horizontal version depending on the usage situation.
