This is zesty to me fun and childish looking
I used all the element from adobe stock.
I turned the sky into the stars.
the skin to a cone.
the painting texture to smoke.

the humid into a building.
the wavy texture into the mountain overlay with a grid.

the black and white texture to a chimney. 

and the hair into a dark night.

I also composite the rock into a ground.
