RESEARCH PROJECT: FRUIT WAX
A research project that involved understanding a problem and presenting a potential solution. I researched the fruit wax issue where apples, among other fruits, are sold with a wax film on them which is thereafter consumed by customers. I researched the nutritional value of this wax film and then presented solutions that the food industry could consider.
