Purpose: Increase quantity of online orders with focus on Salesperson engagement
Overview: Track increase / decrease of online orders for individual sales reps during March and April. Post week over week order growth percentages on online scoreboard and 'bracket' to foster competition among sales team. Allow sales people to see growth percentages to track their own progress. Create excitement about online sales during time period.
