5 Minutes A Day

5 Minutes a Day
A social awareness project.
5 Minutes A Day is a visual campaign that aims to promote meaningful conversations
between parents and children.

A study by the American Research Council revealed in their article “Parents Fight ‘Time Famine’ as Economic Pressures Increase,” that parents spend an average of 38.5 minutes a week in meaningful conversations with their children. This makes for only 5.5 minutes daily, which is barely adequate for sustaining a healthy relationship between parents and children. No matter how busy or packed your schedule might be, we all know that 5 minutes of meaningful conversation a day can hardly be considered enough.
