This booklet was created for the Professionals for Reform Support Mechanism (PRSM).
The Professionals for Reform Support Mechanism (PRSM) is a multi-donor fund, which provides human resource support to critical reform initiatives undertaken by national governmental agencies.
At the request of a Government of Ukraine (GoU) ministry, the PRSM recruits short to medium term local Ukrainian experts and specialists, from outside government, to undertake assignments critical to reforms.
Through PRSM, donors may support priority reforms through the pooled fund or earmark their funding to support a specific reform initiative within a particular Ministry or Government Agency.

Our task was to present the results of a penitentiary reform in Ukraine in 2016 as well as briefly explain the structure and principles of the platform and create a frame that will be fit for presenting all the results of different reforms, as there are many more to come!
