Reflection

This was a fun project for me. I decided to go with the holiday, event route so i can explore so ideas that I generally love. I pick my events such as Bonnaroo ,the music festival, youth day and chinese new year.

In my designs, i tried get a feel off celebration. Therefore i picked a colorful vibrant color palette that i could describe as playful and childlike. I went with a hand drawn font that's kind of shaped like bubbles, trying to give a light feeling to each geofilter.

I had trouble really trying to implement my initial designs as some of them were too ambitious so i ended up creating variations of them and im pretty please. I did limit myself with the colour palette so i couldn't get the full feel i desired but it alright.

The idea could have been executed better but i think it's heading in the right directions.
