Part of a larger series of images, this diptych explores overconsumption and sterility in the context of social media. While digital editing, sharing and communication allows us to curate and "sterilize" our every-day experiences, this portrait attempts to challenge this idea. Certain behaviors are messy, uncontrollable and indeed, human... can we really mask them?
