Purple Stool
Purpleheart slats were left over from my chair, so I decided to turn them into another seat. The slats are cut into the pine legs about one eighth of an inch. These legs are angled inward and are finge jointed to the seat. The seat was cut on a dado saw multiple times at different heights in order to achieve its concave. 

The stool has finger joints that I cut at these weird angles, which made it very difficult to do, but was actually quite fun. The stool fits a butt pretty nicely too!
