On a bright and warm sunny day which is very abnormal in the middle of the winter in Providence, I was inspired by exquisitely constructed scenary of the cityscape from the bridge in Market Square. A mathmatical theory introduced in "Wide Angle Perspective System" states that the curve we get from panoramic view is a form of sine curve. Hypothetical connection between sine curve of panorama and soundwave inspired me to explore intersectionality of our acoustic and visual sensory to perceive the surroundings. The form of soundwave is a result of translating the recording of Providence cityscape through soundwave generator program and panoramic view is painted on the plexi glass.
