In this project done in Weaving II, I explored different environments or stages of life that a turkey could be in. Juxtaposition and transition of wild turkey, domestic turkey, plucked turkey, raw turkey and roasted turkey are depicted in the work. Samples and a final piece are hand woven with feathers, rubber bands, monofilament, and pantyhose on a 8 harness floor loom.
