In this project file you will find samples of work that I have done for Called Shot LLC. As Lead Designer and Art Director at Called Shot my tasks are many and as a reuslt the examples are quite varied. Here you will find concepts and illustrations along with logos and other promotional materials.
 
The YMIR logo. Ymir is our openGL game engine and it is named after the great frost giant that Odin used to create the world. Like Odin, Called Shot uses Ymir to build worlds. Pretty epic right!
Called Shot's logo: Takes inspiration from The Great Bambino one of the most famous called-shotters in history.

The World of Acorn
This project is the main reason for the founding of Called Shot. Acorn is an open game where story reigns supreme. We quickly realized that the project was too colossal a task for a start-up dev studio. So Acorn is currently on hold. 
 STORYBOARDS
Above: is a sample of the storyboard pages for the The Acorn Demo. From the second scene in which the hero, a lowly goblin grunt, finds himself in an undiscovered and fertile and apparently uninhabited valley.
 
While just a small excerpt, it showcases the style that I commonly use for video or film storyboards.
 
Typical rate for boards is around 20-24 frames per day.
