"Traces" is a collection of lost wax casted Sterling Silver jewelry pieces. They are inspired by the concept of perpetuating the steps taken, through the imagery of transforming something so ephemeral into a permanent mark.

The prints of a series of shoes were used as the key element to materialize the idea of the concept.
Each shoe has its own personality and tells a different story about the owner. One of the considerations while making each piece was to capture the essence of the aesthetic of each shoe while using the same material for all the pieces (Sterling Silver).

It shows an act of awareness on the path we daily travel, by being able to stop and pick up our steps being conscious of where we've been and what we've been through. What do my prints tell about me? Where do I come from? Where am I going?
