The Ask
I did an analysis for all the actions required while we are using the current pin package to pin up things on the wall. There are too many back and forth in the whole work flow. We need at least three hands to comfortably get the job done: one for holding pins that is going to be used, one for picking up one pin, and one for holding paper on the wall.
Exploration
So I designed this "Z" shape package using sponge to hold all the pins. We can move this package to wherever we want on the wall, folded or unfolded. There won't be pins spreading all over the wall. No more hurt from the pinpoint when you put your fingers into the package. Most importantly, pinning up things is much easier now.
All the pins are pricked on the sponge inside the package so that even when the whole package is being hanged on the wall, we can still easily unfold it and pick up the pins without getting hurt by the pinpoint.
