The history of the ancient village of Consonno, in the municipality of Olginate (Lecco Province), is one of those that are a legacy of the Roaring Sixties, when the "Grand Officer Mario Bagno - Count of Valle dell'Olmo", entrepreneur in the real estate sector , decided to purchase in one fell swoop the entire property of Consonno, typical village on the Monte di  Brianza.
  The whole village was demolished in order to realize an unlikely entertainment city, a kind of "Las Vegas" of Brianza.
In 1976 a landslide destroyed the road from Olginate led to Consonno, decreeing the end of the village
The final act of the history of Consonno came during a rave party called "Summer Alliance" organized in Consonno from 29 June to 1 July 2007. In those days many facilities were further damaged and rendered unsafe and while others were  defaced by graffiti
