wandering witches board game

A Great Wind has blown through the land and scattered fragments of all 4 regions throughout. You, as your region’s resident witch, must make a mending potion for your people. For your potion, you need 4 ingredients that can each be found at one of the four corners of the land. Your region has one of the ingredients, but the other three ingredients can only be found in the regions ran by their respective witch.
The witches must traverse the land, picking up the Fragments scattered by the Wind, and collect the ingredients to make the potion that will save their region.
GAMEPLAY
You start at your house. You must traverse to all the other witches’ houses through the use of rolling dice to get the ingredients you need to complete your potion. But they won’t give up their resource so quickly. While on your journey to their house, at every step, you pick up Fragments. Thanks to The Great Wind, each region has lost 25 Fragments, scattered across the land. The Fragments origins are indicated by regional symbols on their underside. Use these Fragments when you get to the other witches’ house to barter in exchange for ingredient they hold. You may offer all you have, but if the witch decides the trade is not worth her time, she may choose to send you away to bring her back a better offer. However, if you have 10 of a particular region’s Fragments, you may take the ingredient from that region without asking the region’s witch.  Ingredients that exist in bulk must be traded in their entirety. While on your journey, you may run across a broomstick or a get caught up in a hex. If you find a broomstick, you may roll the dice again twice, but since you are flying, you can only collect the Fragment you land on after each roll. If you get hexed, at least 5 of the Fragments from your region get damaged and you must discard them. The number of Fragments that take damage are decided with a roll of a dice. The number that gets rolled is added to 4, and that is the amount of Fragments you must discard. If you have under 5 Fragments of your region, they all get damaged and must be discarded.
To win, the witch must have her potion completed AND have collected the most amount of Fragments from their region. Only then can you mend the land.
