The seeds of the dandelion represent the changing seasons: the passing autumn and arriving winter and the new year starting soon, but also refer to the common believe that if you wish for something and blow away the seeds your wish will come true.
The Luxembourgish flag is composed of 3 horizontal stripes in Red, White and Blue:
