Furniture Design Project
A first year design project had us design a piece of street furniture, in this case a bench. The Sigma bench moves away from the traditional shape and form of a bench and instead of trying to develop or enhance the traditional wooden panel bench, the idea is scrapped and designed from scratch. This design involves one element that moves and shapes itself into all the essential parts that are necessary for this function.
