This project is based on the reproduction of objects with the inherent potential for aggregation, followed by the exploration of relevant assembly methods permitting the construction of larger entities to be installed in a cardboard-made frame.The exploration of material has been an essential part of this project. To fully understand the chosen materials, the exploration process lasted for two weeks. By using plastic sheets and tracing paper, I created two curved surfaces according to the properties of different materials. The smoothness of the plastic sheet and the harshness of folded tracing paper made a sense of contrast. To show the inner space between two surfaces, a LED light is set inside. Since both materials are translucent, the light could be easily transferred to the surfaces. Therefore, it gives the audience an impression of the volume.
