This book was designed as a coffee table book featuring the creative team of Herman Miller Furniture. The layout was influenced by the workshop and process of Charles and Ray Eames and their love for taking external inspiration and transforming it into modern but functional furniture and art.
All chapters featured a full page photo highlighting a piece of furniture. The right page of the spread featured the designers name in a raw material texture. That texture was then fully displayed on the following page.
Organic pieces are shown in parrellel with the designs they inspired to show how inspiration was taken and refined by the Designers of Herman Miller.
