The neighbourhood of Griffintown, in Montreal, is experiencing rapid real-estate development, mainly in the form of condominium towers. Most of it’s inhabitants are 18-35 young professionals, or students of the nearby ETS, and they lack any establishments to serve the community, thus the need for a library.
