The plot for this project is a three acre woodland site on the outskirts of a village. The clients were keen to explore contemporary design styles and had individual requirements for their family and living spaces.
The design consists of a contemporary styled extension which is sympathetic to the existing dwelling, it combines dramatic open plan spaces with more intimate family rooms. Cedar cladding is used on the extension to contextualize the scheme within a truly spectacular woodland setting.
