Introduction
A 3D Model of Snorlax, a character in the popular Pokemon franchise, was processed into a 2D net using Autodesk 123D Make. Using the ZUND Digital Cutter, we cut the cardboard sheets and assembled them to form the life-size Cardboard Snorlax Model.
Featured during Parking Day 2016, on Straits Times Newspaper and Zaobao, and the SUTD Learning Celebration Carnival. The Cardboard Snorlax remains as a permanent exhibit in the SUTD Fabrication Lab.
