With the first look at the screenshots, what is evident, is that there is a disparity between the ways in which the pages at the start and at the end look. 

The start pages are designed in Flat design

The latter pages use a combination of design techniques

The first impression left: Discord.

Looking deeper, it can be observed that this is a classic study in comparing designs. The start pages are beautiful and consistently designed. The same cannot be said about the pages that follow. 

This project will comprise of digging deeper into the design styles used in the pages and how it differently affects the experience of using Amazon Jobs.
