Ad Women For All Women is a program created to inform young women that they are needed and valued in the advertising industry.

Through a mini-conference and immersion days, Ad Women For All Women aims to expose career-focused young women of all colors to the opportunities available in advertising, to ignite their passion for the business, and to support them as they endeavor to become a part of it. The program aims to inspire new generations of talent to choose an advertising career path so that all agencies can become truly reflective of our society.
