Many of us buy a cup of coffee every morning to start the day. Let's think about the steps we usually take: Walk in to the coffee shop, order and pay for the drink, wait in front of the pick up station until we walk out of the shop with a cup of coffee in our hands. Everything happens so quickly within about 3 to 5 minutes. We don't really think about the routine because we are so used to it.

However, how many of you have thought about  HOW those cups of coffee get to you? Or WHO makes and serves your drink everyday? In this project, I approached a group of people whom we often interact with but don't usually pay attention to - Baristas. Listening to their stories and observing their work flow and working environment, I felt sympathy for the baristas and tried to identify and solve the problems they face at work.
