I came outside one time after a long day, and just thought to capture the beauty of the sun setting with the camera. Sunsets in the art world can be known as cliche, but honestly, I think they can be the opposite. I think, rather the use of them can be cliche- that is the application of that particular subject matter. So in post, I decided to take my low light exposure and turn the unique facets of it up to 11.

FDC. This was shot for an assignment in 2016. This sign caught my eye, so I shot and edited it emphasizing the red values; both in their vibrancy and their intensity, to make this 'normal' object pounce out at the viewer. It's reminiscent of something to be found on of a skateboarding demo tape, which is something I very much enjoy about it.
