I design football squares poster for all Sunday, Monday & Thursday night games. These are mounted to a cork board in the bar.
Using a photo I downloaded from Shutterstock I began composing the design requested for our off track betting wagering facility. I began by cropping the background in Photoshop then proceeded to trace the graphic in Illustrator. At first I had the idea to give the jockey and horse a geometric look with polygons. I opted to keep it simple by making the dispersion of dirt geometric instead.
